Club Lead(Customer Service & Daily Ops)
Pay: 2,500.00 (MYR) – 3,500.00 (MYR) per month

Kampung Gym is growing, and we need someone who’s not scared to get their hands dirty, handle members with heart, and keep the club running smooth like butter.
If you love talking to people, solving problems on the spot, and keeping the gym vibe positive — come lah. This role is all about service, teamwork, and taking ownership of the branch experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the “frontliner” of the gym — greet members, settle enquiries, onboard new sign-ups
- Handle daily operations: walkarounds, cleanliness checks, stock refills
- Support membership matters (freeze, cancellation, access issues)
- Coordinate with PTs, cleaners, and Ops for smooth club flow
- Manage minor issues: basic maintenance like simple plumbing, replacing bulbs, checking water pressure, tightening loose fixtures, etc.
- Prepare daily reports (attendance issues, incidents, stock level updates, equipment status)
- Spot problems early and highlight them before they escalate — proactive, not reactive
- De-escalate unhappy members with patience and confidence
- Keep the Kampung Gym vibe friendly, honest, and community-first
Who We Want

- Well-organised and consistent with reporting
- Proactive personality — sees a problem, handles it immediately
- Has experience as a team leader, shift leader, supervisor OR customer service head — Must provide proof: past role title, responsibilities, or examples of leading a team
- Basic handyman skills — can fix small things instead of panicking
- Speaks English & BM; Mandarin is a strong bonus
- Customer service or retail experience required
- Comfortable with simple admin + WhatsApp communication
- Enjoys working in a gym environment
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts rotate between 8 am – 12am
