Refund Policy

1. You must submit your refund application at our counter.
2. We will review each user’s application on a case by case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether your application is successful.
3. Subject to the term and conditions in this Refunds Policy, you may only apply for refund in the following circumstances:
   • Medical incapacity
   • If the subscription fees is overcharged by us, the differences between the two shall be refunded to you.
4. We will only issue the refund to your credit/debit card or designated bank account upon examination of your request.
5. We reserve our right to review this Refund Policy and amend any of the abovementioned terms and conditions from time to time.
