- Membership Plans
- Two plans available: KG Basic and KG Premium.
- Premium includes access to all branches and added perks (classes, inbody test, HerSpace, referral).
- Basic covers one selected branch (Toppen, Seelong or Dato’ Onn branch) only.
- Subscription Model
- Monthly recurring subscription.
- No contract, cancel anytime.
- Payments are non-refundable once processed.
- Billing & Access
- Payment must be successful to maintain access.
- Failed payment triggers a 7-day grace period; after that, access is suspended and tier resets to Bronze.
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
- Memberships cannot be transferred or refunded, regardless of usage, health, or relocation.
- Tier System
- Tiers upgrade automatically based on continuous active months.
- Payment failure or cancellation beyond 7 days resets progress to Bronze.
- Freeze periods pause tier progress but do not reset it.
- Home Gym Policy
- Members must select one home branch.
- Pricing and tier tracking follow the home gym rules.
- Upgrade / Downgrade
- Upgrading or downgrading resets tier to Bronze.
- Premium perks end immediately upon downgrade.
- Downgrade request must be done at least 7 days before the next billing date.
- Upgrading may apply immediately upon Top-up.
- Freeze Policy
- Free Freeze available to Silver tier and above.
- One free freeze per year for one full billing cycle.
- Additional freezes charged RM50 per billing cycle.
- All freezes must start from the next billing cycle.
- Requests must be submitted at least 7 working days before the next billing date.
- Cancellation Policy
- Submit cancellation form 7–15 days before next billing.
- Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
- No refunds for unused time.
- Rejoining starts from Bronze tier.
- Referral Program (Premium Only)
- Available to active Premium members only.
- Referral rewards are applied as monthly membership discounts once both referrer and referee remain active Premium members.
- Reward Breakdown:
- 1 active referee = 20% off monthly fee
- 2 active referees = 50% off monthly fee
- 3 active referees = 100% off (free month)
- Referral reward starts from the 2nd billing cycle of the referee’s membership.
- Both referrer and referee must remain active Premium members for the discount to stay valid.
- If a referee cancels or downgrades, the discount will automatically stop the following month.
- Misuse, fake accounts, or inactive referrals will result in removal of rewards and may lead to account suspension.
- Kampung Gym reserves the right to revise or modify the referral rates, rules, and reward structure without prior notice.
- Facility Access & Rules
- Entry via app QR or facial recognition.
- Proper sportswear required; no slippers or casual wear.
- No outside food or open beverages.
- Kampung Gym not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
- Health & Safety
- Members must be medically fit to train.
- Medical conditions must be declared prior to use.
- Kampung Gym is not liable for any injury arising from exercise or misuse of equipment.
- Data Privacy
- Member data is protected under PDPA Malaysia.
- CCTV and face recognition systems are used for safety and access control.
- Amendments
- Kampung Gym may revise prices or terms with at least 7 days’ notice via app or notice boards.
- Continued usage after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
- General Rules
- Misuse, false information, or rule violations may lead to suspension or termination.
- Terminated memberships are not eligible for refund or reinstatement.
