Annual Packages: Previous Annual Package members are on a non-cancellable and non-refundable basis for the duration of the contract term.
Subscription Members Only: The following cancellation and referral terms apply strictly to Subscription Members.

All cancellations must be done at the kiosk of any Kampung Gym branch before your next billing date.

❌ Online cancellation is not available.
✅ Access will remain active until the end of your paid period.

No refunds for unused time.
Rejoining starts from Bronze tier.
